Interactive data explorer showing the biodiversity detected in all Swedish Malaise trap samples processed with mild lysis.
This Krona plot visualizes all taxa identified in the Insect Biome Atlas (IBA) collection. Taxonomic classification was carried out to the highest possible resolution. When no match to a known species was found, taxa are labeled as "unclassified" or with an "X" alongside the lowest determined taxonomic rank.
Click on any section of the chart to explore the data interactively. You can decide about which taxonomic level you concentrate on by adjusting the "Max depth". [Max depth 8 - BOLD bin; 7 - species; 6 - genus, etc.]
